Memorial to be unveiled in Princes St Gardens to commemorate Conscientious Objectors

We were excited to read about the plans announced this week that a memorial to commemorate Conscientious Objectors is to be installed in Princes St Gardens in April 2019.
The design will be unveiled as part of International Conscientious Objectors Day which is commemorated on 15 May and has been designed by Edinburgh artist Kate Ive. Her design will be unveiled at the Quaker House, Victoria Street, Edinburgh on 15 May. Read more
