We are seeking an innovative and resourceful Artistic Director and Chief Executive Officer to join us in shaping the future of our company. This is a combined role.

We are a Parents and Carers in Performing Arts partner, committed to delivering the PIPA Best Practice Charter: a set of guiding principles for all professional theatre organisations to follow, ensuring that places of work – and access to work – become as inclusive and accessible as possible to carers and parents. As such we actively encourage conversations regarding support for staff with caring responsibilities. This includes providing a Breast Feeding Friendly environment for staff. We have been involved in helping shape a Mums Returning to Work Guide with Outside the Box.
We ensure that our project staff teams have excellent representation of women across all roles and endorse the Equity Inclusive Casting Policy.
As a professional theatre company we normally cast our productions using agents and other professional casting outlets. Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to hold open auditions for each of our productions, but will advertise opportunities if we do.
