Stellar Quines and the Citizens Theatre have released a trailer for a new filmed version of their 2019 theatre show, Fibres.
The play by Frances Poet puts a vital spotlight on the untold story of the women affected by exposure to asbestos. The co-production previously toured community venues in Scotland to critical and audience acclaim. The new filmed version reimages the co-production for a digital audience and reunites the original cast and creative team.
The Fibres film is set to premiere online on Wednesday 25 November at 7pm and will be available for one month. Watch at home tickets are free and can be booked from fibresfilm.co.uk. Audiences can then enjoy access to the filmed production for one month until Wednesday 23 December. For those that can, donations are invited to help Stellar Quines and the Citizens Theatre survive the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
